Sunday April 3rd at 9:50 PM Waited 15 minutes in line for my food to be colder than my drink . Girl with blonde highlights in the back of her head has an attitude, Another guy in there wearing a ski mask with his hat backwards place look very unprofessional and dirty ! Where is management ? Called the store to let them know all the girl said was “OK” no sorry no nothing just a plain ole “ok get back in line” a line with 8 plus cars waiting it in! I didn’t Wait this long in line for cold food . How is the food cold but the line is moving slow ? What are you guys really in there doing ? Makes no sense food should be hot if the line is moving slow. Disgusted ! 0 STARS DONT GO HERE THIS IS A NIGHTMARE

I waited 20min in the drive thru line. I pulled up to the order screen and no employee told me to “hold on” or anything..silence. after 5min i said “hello?” and i got no response. 10min later i said “hello?” again. and the employee says “we can’t take your order anymore” the entire service was absolutely terrible. the 3 cars in front of me placed their order and moved along in the drive thru but when i drive up, i get ignored then my order can’t be placed and had me waiting 20min?! absolutely ridiculous

For some strange reason, you cannot eat inside which is very silly or just pure laziness. We are literally right next door at the Firestone getting new tires and in the meantime, we figured we would grab a quick bite. Ooops, can't do that because the doors are simply locked. By the way, it's 2:12 in the afternoon.
