El Molcajete

It is very disappointing when you order over the phone and you get home to eat your food and you realize they screwed the FULL ORDER... I had a bad experience before and wanted to give them the chance again and I Regret it... I order a fry fish and clearly told the lady NOT TO FRY AND MAKE SURE IS CLEAN... well it was over fried and is not clean still have some of the gills and the scales on it. My husband order beff tacos and I clearly told her NO TOMATOS AND IT WAS LOADED WITH TOMATOES AND THEY WERE NASTY.. He said "at least I have the nachos" (he also order some beff nachos)... oh surprise, THEY GAVE HIM BEFF AND CHICKEN (by the way he don't eat chiken)

Food is always excellent. My only issue is they don't always answer their phone for take out. Its not like it just keeps ringing, it goes to a VM but you can't leave a message. We have had this happen on two different occasions. But the food is so good, I guess its worth driving down to order and wait for it. I wish there was an online ordering option.

I walked in and sat at the bar to look over the menu. It looks like everything has gone up in price so when the waiter came to asked what I wanted, I told him I just wanted to get a bean and cheese burrito and a tostada. What would you like with your burrito? Nothing , just beans and cheese What do you want inside the burrito? Beans and cheese You want beans rice on the side? No , just beans and cheese inside the burrito You want chicken inside the burrito? No , just beans and cheese wrapped up in a tortilla What sauce do you want on top No sauce , just a dry beans and cheese burrito You want cheese sauce No - I don’t want cheese sauce or any wet burrito , just a dry bean and cheese burrito So then the waiter goes inside the kitchen , a few minutes later he walks out and brings back a slim burrito with a white cheese sauce on top and ask , is this what you want, like this ? Yes that’s it! Thank You! Looks good , okay then he turns around and goes back into the kitchen while at the same time I decided to get up and walk out the front door.
