Just drove thru for an early lunch. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious! I laugh every time we have tomatoes on our sandwiches, because they are ALWAYS beautiful, perfectly colored red tomatoes slices!! Thank you for hot and fresh crinkle fries!!!

I usually have an enjoyable experience but this time was kind of annoying. If for whatever reason you need to close early then that's fine but don't allow people to wait in line, just to tell them that it's closed. There was a sign on the speaker but you wouldn't know that until you get there and are told the bad news.
I usually only write favorable reviews but this should be addressed.

The crew at the Dixon, IL Arby’s on Thursday, May 26 around 11:30am was awesome! I ordered 10 Wagyu burgers, 3 of them with just cheese, and 10 fries, 5 curly and 5 crinkle, the order was perfect and everyone was so helpful! The burgers were delicious 😋

In the 45 minutes it takes to get my food we can go to a sit down restaurant. The food is good. But it's upsetting to be the only person in the line when I get there and told to park and wait for my food while people who weren't even there until after we ordered has been served and leaving while we still wait.

It’s usually fast and courteous, but tonight the lady took almost 5 minutes to answer the drive through with only 2 people in the entire line, was a very slow time and when the food was set down for the lady to give me my food she just let it sit there instead of handing it to me. She had a very disgusting attitude while talking in a high pitched annoying voice. It was a weird experience. Threw the food away and went to McDonald’s.

A newer fast food place for Dixon, sits out by Walmart/88. Makes it convenient. Drive thru was fairly quick. Food was fresh and good.
