Wendy's

Simply terrible. I stopped in here and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was very cold not even lukewarm. On top of all that the lettuce that was on the sandwich was clearly old and spotted. Large dark spots on the lettuce on my sandwich..... There is no way I was even going to try to get a replacement after looking at that. Smh.

WORST Wendy's EVER! 🤢 We were on our way home from a weekend getaway and haven't been to a Wendy's in YEARS - eager for a frosty w/ our meal(s). Drive-thru was fast; conveinient for the rest of your drive home. One bite in..the triple cheese burger was ROTTEN/cold! It smelled SO bad; it stunk the car! The grilled chicken (added cheese) sandwich was also cold and the wilted lettuce tasted of dirt! We couldn't even enjoy the soggy fries! The frosties became our meal. $24(+). We would've returned for our money back, but were already on the road past - on a 5 hour drive home. Hungry. DISGUSTING! 🤮 I'd rate it a NEGATIVE two! (-2) PASS this place up! ..wish we would've! 😣

I was looking forward to getting food from Wendy's.The workers were friendly and the food came out fresh. However what took away from the experience was that the employee who prepared the soda made such a mess that there was more soda on outside of my cup then inside. I told the employee that the soda was messy and dripping. I thought they would clean it up or at least.give me napkins. The employee saw the mess and acknowledged that ot was dripping all over the place.They siad they were sorry but still handed me the soda that was dripping and messy They did not clean it up or give me napkins to clean up the dripping soda they handed me. I had to insist and ask for napkins and more napkins. At first afte asking for napkins to clean up the messy soda they just gave me 1 napkin. This dripping soda made a mess on my handa and car. I also asked for sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and ketchup. I also asked for sour cream and butter for my baked potato. They told me that was ithey were all in the bag However they did not put the items in thers.was not there. I paid $2.69+tax for a dry potato with no flavor due to the employees not putting the items in the bag. I had also also asked the employee for a reciept so I could know how much was left on my Wendy's gift card. They told me that it was in the bag. But sadly there was no reciept in the bag. I will give them another try. I hope that my next visit is much better. Also due to covid and staffing they are only open for drive through until 8PM.

Went through the drive thru ordered..1 baconator 1 Dave's single lettuce mayo onion. ONLY and a kids chicken nugget meal and drinks...we got 2 sandwiches a single that had cheese..1 double with cheese no bacon (13.00 by itself) no drinks no ranch that was requested..had to go thru the drive thru 2nd time..then during all the commotion because the manager was yelling at everybody including us!! He said "I gave you 2 sandwiches" the girl at the window said you can keep that food that was wrong..the manager snatched it back and said "give me that food" we gladly gave it back ..we forgot to ask for our drinks.we were so glad to get out of there!!! It is too hot to deal with that kinda thing...WE WONT BE VISITING WENDYS IN DIXON CA EVER!!!
