Subway

I have been in alot of subways but i have to say my visit today at ur store on 206 W Everett St, Dixon, IL 61021 @220pm was one if not the top one of the BEST experiences ive had i was greated as i walked in an the young man behind the counter was very polite he was also the one who greated me he asked if i wanted toasted i said yes but can u add peppers n onions b4 while it was toasted he went to next customer the toaster beeped i asked if he could do a lil longer he says of course i told him to go ahead n finish other guys order he did an when he took out my sandwich he askes if it was good i said yes thank u the reason im sayn all that is for one he didnt roll his eyes or act as tho puttin the peppers n onions on b4 toasting my sandwich an toasting it a lil longer was an inconvenience for him which has happenes ALOT in other stores i was VERYYYYYY impressed by the 3 sandwich artists u had on staff today very friendly an courteous they all should b given a high 5 or some kudos!!!!!!!! MY SANDWICH WAS AMAZINGGGGGG THANK YOU!!!!

Ordered my food online to pick up inside. When I went in there was a lady picking up her order for "3" sandwiches in front of me..worker handed her her order and the lady was walking out the door and the worker had asked her to stop she did hear her so I said they want u. She went to the register and the worker said what's your name??? Oh I gave the the wrong order.. Then handed me the bag she just took from that lady, and told me I needed to get my own chips!!!! Still havent heard from manager!

While I enjoy subway, I do not enjoy waiting for remote orders to get done while I wait for 10 min for a 6 inch ham and veggie sandwich. There are 4 people working, maybe 5. One should be devoted to remote orders, while the indoor people get served and not ignored until they are all made. I got there at 613 and they were working on a 630 order. I got mine made at 624. Your employees are nice. But it is sad if one does not know who owns your store. I do. I think there are better ways to be attentive to both indoor and remote customers.

Standard Subway menu. What really makes this place shine is the friendly workers and super clean store. I came in for a quick lunch with my daughter and had 3 other customers come through while we ate. The staff knew all 3 people, welcoming them in by name. We get so used to drive-throughs thanks to COVID. Take a minute and come in and grab a meal (even if it's to go). You won't regret it!

This place has really went downhill the past few years. The girl on veggies today asked me, “Is that all?! After every. Single. Veggie. Got quite redundant and came off rude. After listing off what I wanted on my next sandwich, she forgot what I had said. Sneeze guards looked dirty, and they aren’t honoring the national promotion. I’ve never been displeased enough with a place to leave a bad review, but here we are. Sandwiches are still good, but I could go to the tollway for that. There used to be a usual set of employees here that cared to make your sandwich correctly
