Agave Azul

We're fortunate to have a good Mexican restaurant in Covington. I took my brother from California and his wife there for supper this week. He was impressed with the decor and cleanliness as well as friendly service. We enjoyed our meal and time together at Agave Azul, give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Been to Agave Azul 3 times now, once, with family. Each time I've had their steak & chicken fajitas and they are awesome. The guacamole was delicious as was everything else. Even for their cut price lunch special, I was served a basket of warm tortilla chips with a tasty salsa, which was mild. They have an large menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with a full bar and $.99 Margaritas on Mondays. My wife swears she isn't into Mexican food but she can't wait to go back. The atmosphere is nice. It's been quiet each time I've gone with few patrons. The chairs and tables are all carved and/or painted in bright colors which is cool, not garish. I recommend everyone try it once and make your own judgement. I personally was pleasantly surprised and have a new favorite place to go.
