Ihop

It appeared as though they were short staffed. I went on a Thursday evening and it took some time for an employee to greet and sit us. The bathroom was messy and didn’t have paper towels but a roll of towel paper was on the counter to use to dry your hands. My waitress seemed like a new employee and my food was correct. The food was good and the employees were nice.

Always greeted with friendly service and enjoy good food. That's all there is to it. There are so many choice from the all day breakfast, lunch, & dinner menu. There is sure to be something for everybody. I always have a hard time choosing between the breakfast sampler, which has everything and anything a normal person could want or dream of for breakfast, & the Big Steak Omelet, which is what I opted for the day I took the picture. I was with my brother & he ordered steak tips & eggs which looked so good that I almost wanted to trade him my Big Steak Omelet for his steak tips haha! Also, they always have healthy choices. So, it is very possible to watch your calorie intake at any IHOP location... even though I do not practice this myself!

The food was good and the restaurant is very clean at all times. I had the country fried steak breakfast. My husband had the steak omelet. One thing I have to say is.. make sure your grits are piping hot!!!Make sure you offer warm syrup because the pancakes are not hot most of the time. Cook them fresh and not from the warmer. The warmer dries them out. Otherwise, the breakfast was great as always at this location.

Service sucked. The waitress wouldn’t know what to say at times. She never checked on us. She had an excuse for everything. My meal was made incorrectly and I didn’t receive it made correctly until AFTER the rest of my party was finished eating. My crapes were overcooked. The server’s excuse for the food not being right was that her least favorite side of the kitchen made the order.. If you decide to dine in, ask for Collin, his service is always good.

The food was delicious as always! But the server was not the best, we had to ask another server to refill our drinks, I could understand if they were busy but, there were only 4 tables of diners in the entire restaurant. I tipped the server because that's what I do but, he really should have paid more attention to his only table!

Service was sub-par. She seemed new so we gave her a little credit. She was a bit awkward and didn't offer to remove out empty dishes or cups when new refills were brought. The food took forever and was over cooked. My grandma got corn as a side and she received what could've been 5 servings of corn with 3 tiny chicken fingers. The staff seemed not interested in doing their jobs. They were all gathered around one booth the majority of our visit. It took over 20 minutes to get cashed out and we paid with credit card. Also, if ya dine in and are cold natured bring a jacket! It's COLD!
