Pizza Hut

I actually arrived a few minutes late to pick up my order. Decided to go inside to pick it up. Your app showed my order was ready for pickup. Stood in line behind one other person. It looked like he had been assisted, but no one offered to help me, until I spoke to one of the servers. It still took over 10 minutes, closer to 15, for them to locate and bring my order to me. I am not happy with the lack of service, or the incompetence whichever it was.

Not a bad price for pizza if you pick it up yourself. Usually able to grab a large 2 topping for $7.99. Pro tip: instead of ordering the breadsticks, order a large 2 topping and choose the white sauce (select light option), and a parmesan cheese crust and then just select the regular cheese. Makes a nice “breadstick pizza.” More bang for your buck.

ordered on the app after several attempts of it not working and couldnt figure out why then i found out i was not able to select light cheese even though it is an option but before that i called and was told i could only get the price of that deal online took me 30 minutes to order pizza through the app (almost gave up). Finally ordered, the app stated it would be 15 minutes so i waited, then drove to the establishment and waited another 30 minutes for my order not to mention it of stock items mushrooms, dr pepper, etc.
