Starbucks

Very cool spot. Nice to have a reserve in Bergen county. There are special drinks exclusive to the store and then the usual drinks seen at other locations. The large chalkboard behind the baristas explains some of the reserve coffees and the overall atmosphere is refined, relaxed, and welcoming. Definitely a great spot and the baristas deserve recognition for their politeness and willingness to help.

Not what I expected from an upscale Starbucks. My daughter asked if a particular “Reserve” drink had dairy and was told “No” by staff but it had 1/4 cup of heavy cream. I tried a “Reserve” cold brew called “Melrose” which was OK but wish I had just ordered my usual as if I were at a regular Starbucks.

I come here every few days and realize how bad it is. There is one barista in particular his name is Steven and he has the absolute WORST attitude. I've watched several of his coworkers tell him to not talk to customers that way but he still.continues and sometimes gets fiesty with them. Never been a fan of writing review but the experience he provided was the worst experience I've ever had in a Starbucks a manager should look into this

When I come in the morning they say they can't make reserve AT THE RESERVE STORE. I've seen the guy with the tattoo vape on the espresso machine and is constantly cursing in a store full of children. The fact this place closes as early as it does is baffling to me. A few months ago this wasn't a common issue but they've been doing this for almost 4 months now. I've literally seen bug in the customer area and food case , absolutely atrocious

This place is not consistent. I ordered through the mobile apl and after 25 minutes of waiting, I asked if my order was coming up and the barista said "oh it's been ready". If that's the case, why not check it off so that it notifies me on the app? On top of that, they were calling out everyone's name, but they never called mine out, so I'm just supposed to guess?
