Gateaux Bakery

One of the best Korean bakery in Bergen county. I am a professional motorcycle rider. I am in search for the best cafe/ bakery in Bergen county and this is definitely a contender. The coffee is amazing and the pastries were great! The atmosphere is also nice too. I just wished they had outdoor seating for nice days like today. Definitely coming back soon!

Great lattes, light Korean style non buttercream cakes, breads and a plethora of other pastries. Taking 1 star off, because the tables as the layout are not that aesthetically pleasing. But the entire little shopping area outside is great. Lots of seating and walkways right outside, as well as other eateries. Plenty of parking and it’s a very scenic spot

The staff was very helpful, answered a lot of questions as it was our first time here. The pastry I had was one of the most delicious I’ve had in America. The cream was fresh and light and tasty the puff pastry baked to perfection. The coffee was strong and tasty not watered down at all. I enjoyed some little white bean balls I forgot what they are called and I’m so happy I tried them. Will be purchasing a cake soon!

Just went in today gots some $30 worth of items without any bags , which I have to carry those item one by one , I know government bans the plastic bags but they don’t provide you anything or alternative. Which mean I will never buy more than one item if I were in your store. Losing business !!! Buyer heads up before walking without your own bags. If don’t have your own bag don’t buy too many item !!!on top of that remember not to pay with credit card they charge at least 4%for your credit card too.
