Absolutely LOVE this place! I eat there nearly once a week because the food is so delicious! (And reasonably priced.) The Philly Cheesesteak cooked in fireball sauce with jalepenos smothered in cheese sauce is the best if you like a spicy sandwich! Also, I don't know what is with the types of fries they have or the way they cook them, but those are AMAZING too - especially when dipped in their spicy ranch.

Great food, excellent cheese steak, but their policy of no drink refills is ridiculous. Not allowing the reuse of a cup due to COVID is normal these days, however most restaurants just offer to give you a new clean cup when you want to refill. Yes this costs the restaurant a little more, but given that there really isn’t that much dine-in business anyway, this would not affect their bottom line that much.

Walking into the dining area, noticed that they have water dripping from the ceiling. There isn't a bucket or rag or anything catching the water, it's just falling and splashing on the floor. We stood in line behind 6 people when we originally showed up. After about 15 minutes, the family of four in front of us had only been able to start their order due to the slow pace of the workers. They decided not to order anything further and get something somewhere else. After they left and my party started to be helped, the workers made comments about the previous customers, saying "I'm glad they were able to find the door...." and "I have no respect for people who don't have patience." - well, if you would work at a faster pace, they may have stayed and ordered. My party considered leaving as well, but we didn't have anywhere to be. I only came here because one member of our party liked the food here. I, myself, will not return on m own. I've also been able to type this entire review while my food continues to sit on he grill waiting to be made.... I'm half expecting it to be cold by the time I get it. Also, the trash cans are overflowing and is loaded with trash everywhere. And the food is Luke warm at best...

What can I say, it's Pepper Jax, I haven't been to a bad one yet. This one like all the others is simply amazing, I did something out of the ordinary though, I added spicy sausage to a Classic Cheese Steak, and satisfied my Cajun side. If you're looking for something different, try it, it's only a few dollars more. - Colby Joe

First visit at lunchtime. Tried a Signature Steak Philly sandwich. The food was delicious! (The bun was a bit tough tho) Maybe a little expensive. They have an open seating area with music playing. The music was soft enough to have a conversation at your table but enough that you couldn't hear other people.
