ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. PRESCOTT, SHERYL AND JAMES provided the best customer service i have ever experience in such a stressful time. I was looking to cater lunch for my staff as we were short staffed and they took on my orders so graciously all though other customers seemed tense at my predicament. These employees exemplify the best in the food service industry.

I did an online order for the bbq pork sandwich. When I got there, the man working the counter said since I didnt pick any sauce, he didnt put any on my bbq sandwich. I asked if he could put some on, and instead he gave me a cup with less than an ounce of bbq sauce in it. I told him it was strange that I'm required to specify I want bbq sauce on a sandwich called a bbq sandwich. I dont have to specify I'd like bread, ya know? Its implied by the name of the product.

For some strange reason the girl making our sandwiches thought I couldn't read the board. I asked for mozzarella, she rudely let me know that was extra. Then loudly told the everyone I got the mozzarella and to make sure I was charged extra for it. The food wasn't great...mostly because she ruined it! She acted as if we were paying with food stamps. SMH! Avoid this Subway if possible.

Ordered tuna melts, one 6in, and one 12in. Got order and was missing half of the 12in. Went back in and got the second half. Went to eat them and none of the cheese was melted on any of them. And even the one that was just made and ate not even a few minutes later was cold.... so what's the difference between a regular tuna sandwich???? On the 6in, had it plain, but the end had lettuce in the tuna, must have been from another order, idk, but when someone doesn't ask for something, it shouldn't be on their sandwich. Me personally I can't stand the taste of lettuce, so couldn't eat the last half of it. Also ordered 3 oatmeal cookies and 1 raspberry cheesecake cookie, but got 4 oatmeal instead. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the cookies were good.

Lost a customer. Last time they said they no longer sell mustard with sandwiches??? This time they were out of Italian herbs and cheese bread. I chose white instead. When I tried to pay, they said they couldn't take my $50 bill because they have no way of checking currency and they have been receiving fake $100 bills??? So they basically threw away a perfectly good sandwich and refused to take united states currency.
