Ihop

This is one of the few times I have not been pleased at IHOP. I ordered orange juice with my breakfast. It tasted like 50% water. My wife tried it as well and could not drink it. When the waitress came back I told her it was nasty and tasted like it was watered down. Her reply, "You are exactly right, it is watered down. I wanted to tell you to order some else because we've had other complaints about it. I didn't say anything because I told another customer this and got in trouble because another employee heard me and told on me". If you look back at my many reviews you will see that I am almost always positive. However, IHOP was about to charge me $3.49 for a glass that I'm sure was 50% water and for that I have nothing good to say about this visit or this particular IHOP. I just wonder how many other ways they are cheating the public and how many customers bought watered down OJ for $3.49 and did not complain. This is a local IHOP to me but I'm not sure I want to revisit them at this point. I would rather you increase the price, although I think it's already an outrageous price to pay, than as to try and steal my money underhanded. This is ridiculous and should not be tolerated! DO BETTER IHOP!!!

Worst Service I have ever received at this IHOP!!! I took my mom for Mother's Day because she has never been there, she enjoyed her food but after waiting 15 minutes for coffee we was ready to leave!!! I ordered the Breakfast Burrito which I always Love, However I asked for my hash browns on the side... When I got my food the hash browns was inside instead of on the side, my dog ended up eating most of mine because I took it home.. I really do enjoy IHOP but it will be a long while before I go back

Ordered online. Half of order was missing when I got home. Called them about it. I was told online orders were done by a third party and they couldn't track when certain food items were stocked. However nobody during my arrival or departure told ME these items would be missing. I am certain when they get the order it shows what is being ordered online so somebody could have told me things were missing on the order before I left. In addition she offered me no resolution and told me to go back to my account online to be refunded the items. I am sure I can go online and get refunds on the missing items but I would have stopped somewhere else on the way home had I known so much was missing. Don't put your name on the online ordering service if they are some far away third party you have no relation to. If Ihop n' Go is the same thing as doordash why bother with it to begin with? In store service has always been fair but absolutely DO NOT order online/curbside from this place.
