Dunkin'

So friendly so clean and so fast honestly I was blown away at how sweet they were today was national coffee day and it was my first time going to this location Simone was the one at the drive-through window and let me tell you she is definitely an asset I cannot brag enough!! She took her time and telling me all the flavors when I was ordering my coffee and look at these donuts I was surprised with!

I just went through the drive thru and they did not have what I ordered but the young man suggested a donut of the same flavor so I ordered 1 donut. When I got around to pay I had my money ready to pay and this young man smiled and said I got you. I was surprised but so happy to see such customer service. I smiled back and thanked him. I hope he reads this review so he sees his kindness was appreciated. Thank you sir. Keep smiling.

I like my Dunkins. Lately its been a struggle with lack of staff to find great Dunk’s. I stopped in for a quick bite and coffee. The store was very clean and so was the bathroom. Usually been finding stores drive thrus backed up, not this one. They had a large morning staff on and appeared as soon as you pulled up they processed you right out. Had a plain bagel and plain cream cheese. I have to say lately bagels I have been getting are tough and chewy. Not here it was soft and fresh, with a good helping of cream cheese. Coffee was good I just get a regular. I used mobile ordering and order was ready and waiting by the time I arrived. Great Job! Also as a nice touch they have a few outdoor tables for sitting outside to enjoy your coffee.

We were traveling through around 4:45pm and got off the exit specifically to order a warm sandwich from the menu. The store closes at 8pm and we were told that the oven is turned off 4 hours before closing so they can't serve us. I asked if that were posted anywhere and he said no. He said we should come back tomorrow (haha). We are traveling. He also said that hardly anyone comes in after 4:00pm. He said the staff have to be there while the oven is cleaned and it has to be off. If the manager knows this, it is very poor customer service and business practice. You are losing revenue due to lazy staff.

I come here every weekend to get coffee on my way to work. I place my order and then pay. They said card didn’t go thru (weird), so I give another card and pay for my order. Then later that day I realized they both went thru as charges. Came today to ask about the double charge. No help no refund. Asked if I can place an order and it just be redeemed for the double charge. Guy said no problem. Made coffees, messed up one and asked him to remake. He then proceeded to not remake my order or anything and had an attitude. Horrible service. Will try another Dunkin at a different location from now on!
