This particular one is in really rough shape. Boxes everywhere, spills on the floor, and employees acted as though they simply didn’t care. When I visited today, the fountain drinks, slurpee, and coffee systems were all broken. Credit card system was broken. I saw an employee step OVER a giant coffee spill and go about wandering around the store. I’ve seen cleaner stores in the Dominican Republic. I don’t understand how an owner or investor lets it get this bad.

NOT open 24 hrs. Why does this store lock its doors? 2nd time it's happened. Sun 5/22 a little past midnight and Tue 5/24 I pulled up at 1:08 a.m. Sunday I knocked on the door and the guy let me in so I could get my Amazon package. I'm a tuck driver and have packages sent there because they are OPEN 24 hrs... at least they are SUPPOSE to be open 24 hrs. So Tuesday, the same guy was working, he definitely heard and saw me try to open the door. This time he turned his back and ignored me. NOT good! On the Sunday when I was there, is complained that he couldn't stock the shelves and work the counter by himself. Wow!

Their gas pumps are not working properly. When I got inside to get my receipt she wanted me get in line 10 people ahead of me. Meanwhile she was chatting with other employees of the station. She said “ next time you need to get in line” I said “no I won’t”. They need to fix their malfunctioning pumps. If it was working properly I wouldn’t need to get inside. They have faulty systems and extremely rude employees. Stay clear...

Went to get coffee this morning and the door was locked. An employee was behind the counter and looked at approximately 4 people wanting to get into the store. They just went back to what they were doing and had no intention of opening so everyone left. There was also a sign on the door that said no employees would be available over night until 430am. This is the 3rd time I have been where the doors were locked but the first where they knew people were waiting but didn't want to open it. This store has been going down hill weekly for about 6months now. Drink cooler is half filled, boxes and trash everywhere, nothing on the grills, employees that just wander and don't assist customers at the counter. I don't know if there was a ownership/management change but someone needs to look into this location.

Just got RE hired with them the snow storm came I was working while it snowed hard but the very next day I notified the manager I wasn’t coming because I wasn’t safe driving she kept offering me Uber I don’t trust riding with Uber but long story short the manager was very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL I’ll never work for their business again

Visited 3/24 around 0550 all the coffee was cold. Sleepy looking cashier said he made coffee an hr ago. Yeah I don't think so. Store was nasty. Coffee bar was messy with spilled creamer and sugar everywhere floor was filthy dirty. I've never had an experience like this at any 7-eleven but than I don't usually visit this location. Very disappointed. What does a girl got to do to get a hot cup of coffee on the way too work?
