Very nice young man working the window, unfortunately my order was wrong. Of course I was already at office before I noticed. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant but had a bagel with just a blob of regular cream cheese.. I was a bit disappointed to say the least but not like I could leave work to go get corrected order. And of course I paid for what I ordered more expensive than the plain bagel

Just left. We went this morning. Dining room closed. I asked the manager who was outside smoking with other employees watching the drive through line get longer and longer why the inside wasn't open and her response was because she can't get enough employees 🤔 just doesn't make sense to close a dining room to flood a drive through. Gimme a break. I bet they finally have their sales to a level where they can actually run it. Sad.

Just ok. I love dunkins and the staff try hard at this location but it always seems that something is out or not working (management should be on top of this).

Asked for an espresso drink to get a discount via the app for a free drink. I wanted a sweet flavored iced espresso. They gave me a receipt with iced latte. Needless to say, $5 down the drain and I did not get the promotional free drink due to this fact.

Went today and none of the employees decided it would be pertinent to be inside the building with cars leading from the drive thru to the street

If it was not for the staff abs convenience to my job, I’d never order or go here! Every other order I get is incorrect!! How?! It’s a mobile order and it’s CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE LABEL!! Either something is missing, or my iced drink is hot! Get it TOGETHER!! Jeez… between that and how long the wait is when there are two people in line, I’m over it! Makes me never want to order from Dunkin’ again.

I've been here many times since my 1st and I'm upgrading it to 5 stars. Maybe it was because it was so new I had an unpleasant experience. Not anymore.The employees are very friendly and patient. Although they have a limited menu, their donuts are pretty good and their coffee is very yummy.
