Wendy's

I go to Wendy’s a few times a week in the early morning and the women who work the window tell me to pull over away from the window every single time. I have to wait for someone to come out and hand me my food which makes me feel uncomfortable. So this morning I asked why do I always have to pull ahead even though there is no line. The girl who took my order said “baby girl do you want to sit at the window for your eggs to cook?” I told her what difference does it make if I’m at the window or pulled away from the window? After I asked this she walked away grumbling. Then I proceeded to wait for a while for my food which I no longer trusted. I will never go to this Wendy’s again and I put a complaint to corporate. I asked for a callback and these women will be held responsible for the way they have treated me.

The other day I ordered a baconator fry which was hot and fresh along with a spicy 6 piece I also ordered the big bacon cheddar burger it was only my 2nd time having it and I’m still disappointed I asked for no bacon jam it had it, and the burger patty was cool and dry not to mention the bun felt like a rock

We went and it was about 10 minutes till closing that night. We ordered online to pick up in drive-thru and arrived at 10 till closing to be told they already broke the frosty machine down so they would replace our 4 frosties with any kind of drink we would like. If we come back the next day he could give us frosties then. I don't think that was acceptable, closing time is when you CLOSE! not 10 minutes till. I've worked fast food and that was not practiced at any where I worked. Yes at CLOSING time you busted but to get everything broke down and cleaned not before closing. End of my rant. No I have not been back to wendys since.

Whenever I go to this location they always get my order wrong. Today the app did not work, the "form" to register rewards is not working correctly, and the food tasted like old grease. The only thing that place has going for it is the people are polite. But that doesn't help much when everything else is s**t. The only reason I go is because for some mind boggling reason my husband LOVES Wendy's.

If I could rate 0/5 stars I ABSOLUTELY would! I couldn’t even count how many times this establishment has messed my orders up. From serving regular nuggets in place of spicy ones (on nearly every occasion that I’ve experienced), to consciously serving cold/old French fries. However, I do believe my latest experience here, will most definitely be my LAST. At 9:45 pm 02/13/21, I arrived at this locations drive through, to simply never receive any service. I waited and would periodically ask for service, until it neared their closing time of 10 pm. I then go to the window, only to hear “WE ARE CLOSED” being barked through the closed window. With this being the closest Wendy’s location to my home, it’s safe to say I’ll gladly never be returning to this location. I STRONGLY insist any and every future customer to take the additional 10 minute detour to the Battlefield location! 0/10 would recommend!
