The drive through service was pretty quick, but that was the best part of the service. The fries were lukewarm and part of my order was missing. The cashier stated that I had to order a drink, which I figured was part of a combo deal. It turns out there was no combo as the drink was an additional $2.79. I’ve visited other times as well when the inside was open, but the quality of food and service has kept me away.

They offer online ordering but are horrible at fulfilling them. You’re given an estimated time of when the order should be ready, but every single time we’ve done this, they haven’t even started on the order when we arrive at the suggested time. Skip the online ordering and just do the drive through, better yet, skip this restaurant all together. Worst service ever.

Shakes not made at that location???? Coke does not sound the same as Dr Pepper...and I ordered the chicken club combo and got a grilled one instead..I guess they didn't want me to have the one I ordered for some reason..but thats what I get for not checking it before I left back for work I guess.

The steak biscuit was hot but falling apart. I had to literally hold with both hands to eat properly

Had the worst experience… all we wanted was a burger and fries and the cashier refused because we didn’t want a drink. Unbelievable horrible service.

Why do all of the hardee's in the local area have dry biscuits? They are better on the eastern shore and a lot better in emporia.

Took forever to get food they were very rude when I went in to find out when my food was going to be done waited for over 15min two get a sandwich

Restaurant Sucks. Took them 35 mins to make a Hot Ham & Cheese. Do not go here. Bathrooms were terrible
