Round Table Pizza

Great experience at round table. My boys where hungry after a soccer game and we got 2 extra large pizzas and 2 orders of wings. Within 2 minutes we got a free large pizza and a order of wings, free of charge! We where stuffed. We completely demolished that free pizza. However other guest seemed to be unhappy with their experience as they said they had given their order away to someone else, wonder who they gave the order too? Anyways great experience would come again!!

I work for a local business. We spend $10k a year on pizza at this location. The last few months the service has been terrible. Super late delivery. The drivers don't know where to go. Every time I order I'm afraid something is going to be wrong because I feel like the person on the phone doesn't know what's going on.

Came in from out of state and ordered the chicken garlic pizza. Got it delivered, pizza came barely luke warm, missing toppings, and the customer service was AWFUL. According to the assistant manager, door dash delivers for them and they are not responsible for mistakes. Total waste of $35, will NOT be ordering from here again.

I placed a very simple order and wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card...then pay the rest in cash. The women at the register was very rude to me. Told me several times it was declined and there was no balance. Mind you...I checked before I went in..there was a balance. She was just doing it wrong on the register. Another employee came in..saved the day and was very polite and helpful. The rude woman at the register proceeded to serve me my pizza with and even bigger attitude...like it was my fault she was a moron. She had a very rude demeanor about her with horrible customer service. Thank goodness there are other employees there that can do their job and do it well.
