I just went through the drive thru April 9 at 7 pm. The guy who waited on us was really rude and gave us old chicken the skin was off of it. I paid extra for all thigh pieces and I got a wing,leg,and a breast. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was all dried up. What's going on, the owner needs to get his employees in check. I've been going here for years and today was a real disappointment 😞

Very rude staff, I made a mistake on my order (I admit) I told them I’ll pay for and make another one but this Mexican young lady her back and was angry. That older lady thats taking the payment was also rude. I was the only customer they have at that time seems like they are in a hurry. This branch is used to be staff with nicer people. I don’t recommend this branch just fine another KFC

While ordering at the drive through, a female employee was taking my order THEN as she was taking through the drive thru, a male employee bugged in to take my order as the girl was already attending me. As I got to the window the male was so rude. He has manager uniform and with that attitude he doesn’t even deserve to have that position. Very rude and unprofessional. How are you going to Interrupt one of your employees attending a costumer? Would give zero starts if I could, for all the reactions he gave.

I had the Wednesday special which is a country fried steak (chicken), potatoes with country gravy, coleslaw and a biscuit. The service was ok but could be improved, the food plating could use some improvement as well. The only thing I didn't like is that their dining area still isn't open to the public. Come on Ernesto, open, open, open!! Your customers want to come in and see you!!

I have had some bad times here i gave them a few chances but it just seems that no matter what time or what employee is there they are just rude. I been there 4 times out that 4 times only 1 time have I been happy with the service and food. I do not recommend at all its better to go to a different kfc.
