Mcdonald's

I do have to give this place 3 stars because the food was actually warm But when I had my special request of doing a double Patty fillet, They wouldn't do it because they said they can't. I have been to multiple other McDonald's And they have done it with no problem. Not to mention that anyone that has a business aspect, there is nothing that you Can't do when you have the ability to do it. I just take it asThe person at this window needs better training

They tried to rip me off with extra charges for a chocolate milk that was included with my kids happy meal order! I asked why they were charging me extra for something that is included with the happy meal and Lily the manager said “do you want it or not”. I told her she was wrong for trying to sneak charges on to peoples orders, when no other McDonald’s does that shady practice but she said too bad! Horrible customer service here. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! BE CAREFULL!!

Paid almost $2 to add lettuce on 2 fish fillet sandwiches & wanted pickles added to both as well (for my 2yr old & me). I also requested that the cheese be put on the side. Horrible presentation, I wouldn't ever serve a sandwich that looks like that. We didn't receive the cheese slices & didn't get nearly enough lettuce for the extra $ I paid.

Ok, I don't hand out 5 star reviews unless its above and beyond, etc ... And I've never given a fast food joint more than 3 stars. In case you haven't noticed DRIVE THRU LINES ARE ALL VERY TIME CONSUMING thanks to COVID. With one exception, of course McDonalds and their ingenious idea to split the line and adding a second window for payments in the late 1990's is by far the fastest around. Almost too fast. Especially now that every king in town is @ 45 minutes PER CAR wait in line, so even with their awesome coupons, if I can't get my "fast" food inside of 15 to 20 minutes I'm searching the area for those golden arches... and I only like their caramel frappe and French fries and maybe a shake IF THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS NOT SHUT DOWN... but I've been reassured that this particular Mc's has 2 and they rotate the cleaning so they're always on tap...
