We usually like this Wendy's. My daughter has a specific order that she loves to get about once or twice a week. But they're closed as often as they're open! The last time we drove through, we were told over the speaker that they closed (at 10AM) because there's no one to work there.
This is a national issue, I don't blame Wendy's specifically, but jeez. If the top execs could take less, they could pay their employees more . . .? Just a thought. I'd hate to see all of these affected restaurants closed!

Last three trips were terrible. The trip today was by far the worst. Ordered a hamburger with only ketsup and got hamburger with pickles that my 6 year old won't eat. To top it off the manager was behind the person taking the money and said I was door dash so I said no and she yelled what the F.... Now my 6 year old is saying it on the way home. Way to be classy. Worst place every.

I like Wendy’s but I’m upset at the Cedar Falls location. I went there after a long track meet at 10:30 pm. They never responded or bothered to say if they were closed. Their hours said 11:00 pm, but I guess that was wrong. I went to McDonald’s 😊

Closed on a line of customers. They don't even put signs up. Just lock the doors in middle of the afternoon. No signs, no notes, no explanation. And turn cars in drive thru away. Twice in a week.

Was extremely slow, I think the 2 workers were new and didn't know how to do things yet, but there was no supervisor helping them. Not their fault, and the food was good.

Employees were nice, but they mustve made our Frostys early, because they were mostly melted when they were handed to us.

Their salad prices are incorrect. When I told the manager, they refused to charge me the posted price. We drove off and realized they forgot my son's chocolate milk so we pulled back through the drive through and PAID for the chocolate milk. Just, wow. Bad customer service.

Wait times are ridiculous, getting hot food is crapshoot. If you make an online order to pick up in the drive through, you have to wait in line just to get told you have to go inside and wait.
