Mcdonald's

Very poor service went through drive through to obviously grab some food. Go to order they then proceed to tell us it’s closed after they already asked to take our order, we then obviously leave but I call to speak to the manager their at the time and instead of doing anything about it he just says they “are” currently open at the time. The website says closes at 12:00AM. Nothing like driving to a different McDonald’s because another McDonald’s staff is goofing off or pulling pranks or simply can’t do their jobs. It was 9:00pm when we ordered, there was two cars in the drive, absolutely no reasoning for this.

Fast food reviews crack me up, it’s a McDonald’s, you’re not gonna get 5 star food from a fast food chain and service will never be the best. My absolute favorite though is when people say, “I bought 2 20 piece nuggets and it cost more than a 40 piece” obviously it does! Have you ever bought 2 6 packs of beer and then bought a twelve pack? The 12 pack would be cheaper, if not then have you bought 2 small drinks from McDonald’s? The large holds the same amount of liquid but it’s cheaper. Also use the kiosk if you don’t wanna wait to be served at the counter Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk

I haven't cared for them for almost 6 months. It used to be my favorite place. Apparently they changed cooks or something because now they smash their hamburgers like a pancake and pour a ton of salt on it. Same with their fries. The last two times I've gone there the hamburger tasted slightly tainted. The buns are dry half the time. Pretty discouraging since they shot their prices up.

Main reason for only 3 stars not 4 is how long I had to stand there waiting for someone to help me. Which annoyed me even more when they brought up orders for 2 others. Seems anymore you get better service by using mobile order/pay or at least the kiosk. Which is unfortunate for those of us who don't like to use those options. Ketchup cups were almost empty. And even though it was good, I got the cold drink instead of the hot one I ordered. Didn't say anything about it then though bcuz I knew I was on a limited time that day. To add a positive, besides the ketchup dispenser the drink area looked reasonably good
