They have Keto Benedict breakfast option while obviously the corn fritters is not keto.. We first got served by the manager I assume who couldn't write the order and give up halfway through and left us to call someone else. Cold coconut milk with my coffee while I asked for warm milk. The paying system took too long by the same manager of course 😒

First and last visit. Was simply getting a take away coffee and got exposed to some awful behaviour by the person who appeared to be the manager. She made a lady finishing her shift go back to "check" something.. the poor lady looked deshelved.. put her bags down and got back to work. Not to mention the condescending tone taking my order. The whole experience was unsavoury.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! TERRIBLE FOOD AND ZERO CARE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS! Came here with my daughter after a day of shopping to grab a quick coffee break. Arrived 20 mins before their closing time and was met with a young waitress who clearly was annoyed that we still wanted to order coffee after she told us that was all we could have from the kitchen. She seats us and after disappearing for 5 mins, takes our orders for a coffee milkshake which she explained was a blend of coffee, milk and ice cream. She comes back with the "milkshakes" which tasted disgusting, like watery coffee with a dash milk. I took it back to the waitress and made my complaint asking her to remake them. Then the manager or owner comes back with the same "milkshakes" and tries to tell me that this is how they've always served it and there's nothing wrong with it. I told her I wasn't going to drink it and would not pay for it. She storms off, then the same young waitress with a sour face comes around to refill the sugar jars, when she comes to our table, she rudely slammed the jar on the table in front of me!! She's lucky I held in my temper. We had also ordered a cake which was so ordinary that I almost refused to pay for it too. They charged almost $10 for a small slice of cake! I wouldn't be surprised if she was dishonest and inflated her prices to make up for the disgusting drinks I refused to pay for. I made a complaint to the manager who just kept justifying herself, comparing her cafe prices to the one nearby. This place will not last very long with all the regular complaints they are getting...To the owner, if you want your cafe to survive, start caring about the experience your customers get from your service, train your staff to have basic good manners and when you get some criticism, take it and do something to improve it. I laughed when I read similar complaints on their reviews because I knew I wouldn't be the only customer to have had a bad experience here. Don't waste your money at this cafe people, go to the next nearest cafe for better service, better food and better value!

Poor service. Ordered white chocolate mocha which tasted strange and although I had drunk close to a quarter asked for a replacement. We were charged for an extra coffee although that wasn’t explained and the counter service and waiters all insisted they were right rather than properly explaining firstly at the table we would be charged and then again at the counter being understanding of their own lack of explanation that we would be charged. Not ever returning here

Just had the beef salad. Tasteless, beef chewy and fatty. NO DRESSING AT ALL. Ask for some water, it didn't come. Nearly $20 for the worse salad I have had in a long time. Told the girl when I paid, got a very weak oh sorry then asked me to pay. Don't waste your money going to this place, I won't again. YUK!!!

Ordered two ice long black coffees. They where pre made and tasted like recycled water. I went back to return them and nicely advised i didnt want money back just wanted to give the feedback , the lady at the counter said 'ok' and threw them out without any interest in telling the manager or offering to make fresh ones. Lucky for other customers the centre has plenty of trendy places for coffee.
