Steak 'n Shake

Chris and the staff here in Cartersville are Great. Fast, attentive, get your order correct and the cheeseburgers are Great. We know Chris from another Steak N Shake where she was a pillar to the team and is here as well. We get #7, double cheese burger with all the toppings and condiments plus lots of Grilled Onions and No Salt on the Patties, Fries and extra Free Fries. The Only Place where we can get our Burgers and Fries with NO SALT, Sodium Free. Or Frank Chile Dog with all condiments and toppings plus grilled onions and we bring coleslaw. The Prices are Sooo much better than other chains Can't get better when it comes to burgers, shakes and service. There are other FF chains claiming to be like Steak N Shake trying to steal some light but they are NOT close. We choose Steak N Shake over 5 Guys, Cook Out, Bobby's, Wendy's, Burger King, Freddys, Hardees, Checkers and more. You go Steak N Shake.

I absolutely love steak ‘n Shake, and have since I was a child. However this place does not have the ability to make even the most simple orders correct, even with repeated effort. Between the blood shot eyes, And watching the cook repeatedly pull his pants up while trying to prepare someone’s meal-this place is just disturbing

I go here just about every saturday and sunday seems like.. the $4 meals cant be beat.. get that #7 and you'll see what i'm tombout. food is always fresh and the lettuce and tomatoes always fresh.. ion like that soggy stuff.. now if they had mcdonalds fries they'll be at the top.. the staff is friendly and the customer service is good!! some times they get busy on the weekend during peak times, but it's worth the wait!!

"The Restaurant Where Time Stands Still" My food had been cooked for approximately twice as long as it needed to be, which I guess explains why I waited for so long to get it. I suppose this also explains why, between myself and the server, I was the only one of us who could remember long enough ago to know what I actually ordered.
