Panera Bread

I have been going to Panera for over 10 years now, and over time I have seen the quality significantly degrade while prices increase. This is the $5 parfait I just purchased. What is this?!? It’s like two scoops of yogurt with old fruit. I would be embarrassed to give this to a customer if I were them.

I have a sub to Panera's unlimited sip club (I can get any size drink of my choice every 2 hours for $8.99 a month) so I run inside the store at least once a day to fix my drink/s. They used to bring it to my car but now you have to spend at least $5 for them to do so. Which is fine. Sometimes I'll get food and I'll still get out & go in now that I am used to not being lazy and summoning my order to the car. Haha I love everything at this place.

Honestly Panera feels like a scam at this point. Ordering a 20$ meal for delivery only to get browned and slimy lettuce. The portions on To Go orders are ridiculous. It feels like they scraped up the bad old lettuce and stuffed it in the container. None of the salad toppings were included except 3 brown avocado dices. The sandwich came incorrect as well. I just really feel like there is a huge lack of care for Online orders. Generally in store I dont have these issues but how can brown lettuce really pass qualityinspection? How are key components of your menu items being forgotten? It's a rip off and genuinely disappointing that I wasted 20$ on brown lettuce and a sandwich made with no care. I know the company could care less about my opinion but like as a store you guys need to be doing a better quality inspection on orders.

At my table my friend ordered the new chicken sandwich, I got a cinnamon bun. When I got ready to go I ordered the new chicken sandwich to go. Mine was nothing like what she got inside. Panera I would be ashamed to serve such a tiny piece of chicken. I will never order this again. One sandwich was $11.99. Never again!

Love me some Panera Bread . The food is always fresh and amazing. The iced sugar cookies are my all time favorite . All the ones I have been to are always clean . I will say they are very pricey. I had cobb salad , french onion soup , tea , and 2 sugar cookies and I spent $17 and thats no tip included.

Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and a four-cheese egg souffle...chicken avocado melt and modern Greek salad with quinoa. All was fresh, delicious, and well-portioned. We also drank green smoothie and superfruit smoothie; both were sweet, tasty, and refreshing! Outstanding customer service and a quiet, chill environment.
