1/2 lb King Crab Legs were cooked PERFECTLY and 1/2 Boiled Shrimp were delicious. Service was slow considering not but 3 other tables inside and 3 outside. Only vegetables were starches, potatoes and corn.

Over priced for portions. 2 small pieces of sausage. Shrimp had been cooked for sometime. Hard and chewy. Funky odor in the building. Other reviews must have been friends and family.

I wish it was Thursday already!!!! The shrimp and grits is my favorite, and its such a great value! I wish they were open every day, but it's totally worth the wait! Also, the service is unbeatable!

The food and service is excellent. GB goes down to Louisiana regularly to pick up fresh shrimp and crawfish, and it shows in the quality of the food. I order the Mardi Gras platter here nearly every week. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience and the service was GGRREEAAT. Mr. GB himself came out to mingle with the guest. He even tried to teach me how to eat crawfish. Needless to say it didn't go to well I'll stick to shrimp. So much food for the price. Thanks GB. See you next week

GB's sells Cajun faire. The menu is light on choice but big on flavor. The boiled seafood compliments wonderfully with the other offerings.

Food was ok but way overcooked. Sausage was way over boiled and shrimp and crab legs were so overcooked they were dry.

Great crawfish and shrimp. I'm so happy there is an authentic Cajun restaurant in Carrollton. I love this place.
