Now, I have been here quite a few times since moving to the area 8 months ago. Majority of my visits have been pleasant. I am leaving 4/5 stars because of the food inconsistency. There was a time I ordered a wings & things (usually what I order every time) and the food was cold. I didn't notice until I arrived home about 8 minutes later. About 2-3 other times, there just wasn't enough sauce with my wings and were barely coated which is disappointing when that's the one thing you were really looking forward to eating. Otherwise, all the times of interacting with employees were positive and friendly.

Waited 20 minutes in line, with one car in front of us. Got to the window and was told, with attitude, that it would take 15 minutes for a fried chicken fillet. Was told we could substitute chicken fingers instead so it would be faster. 5 minutes later, we were told it would be 15 more minutes for chicken fingers. Something needs to change at this location.

I ordered the 30 Boneless Wings family pack on the app for our party tonight, and only received 20. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home, and I'd never make it back before they close. I also ordered the 20 chicken fingers family pack, and only received 15. Definitely not returning to this location regardless of how close and convenient it is.

Good food and super friendly service this visit. Acceptably clean but not pristine. However, the Coke Freestyle was out of a lot of product and we had to get the drive thru team to refill our drinks. Ketchup pump was also empty. Food was a bit slow to come out but was prepared as ordered and cooked just right. Wish that owners would replace high chairs with something more secure, better safety straps.

Me and my husband went here for lunch today. He got the 3 chicken finger meal and I got the kickin chicken sandwich meal. His meal looked like we should have only been charge a kid meal price, his chicken fingers were very small and they barely gave him any fries. My sandwich only had a tad bit of sauces on them and the bread was hard on the corners. And they barely gave me any fries. He wanted sweet but but the containers were not marked. This place was awful. What a waste of $18. We will never go to his location again.

So I tried to leave a review on DoorDash app about my food but they denied my feedback. So I will post it year on google. “I ordered a salad. I specifically requested dressing. Light ranch. My salad was delivered but no salad dressing in the bag.” Why my review was not posted on door dash is beyond me. 🤷🏽‍♀️
