Dunkin'

As of the time of writing this review, 01/31/22 at 7:48 AM - this was, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I’ve been coming to this location for over 4 years; and from what looks like a possible change in management, but a definite change in staff, these new kids need to get their work together. We, my girlfriend and I (we carpool to work together), ordered a drink each; and then I got a muffin. Small decaf hazelnut iced coffee (cream/sugar, standard), medium iced caramel latte (standard again), and a corn muffin. When we got to the window, I was asked what we had ordered, and the young man was clueless about it - very blatant indication, later, it wasn’t actually taken down at the speaker com. I was under the impression he needed a quick recall on the order, thinking it was just a matter of grab and go in that order; but the quick recall given was taken literally. Headed to work, we didn’t have time to cause a fuss, so we left with the wrong orders. She ended up with a small decaf hazelnut iced coffee with no cream or sugar, I ended with an iced latte with nothing but coffee and cream, and they got the muffin right at least. They have some work to do here before they get anywhere as good as they were throughout the years. Used to be the fastest, most accurate, I had ever been to. As of now, they’re nothing like they were. Sad to say, proceed with caution.

If I could give ZERO stars I would...I have tried to give this location many chances but today I am DONE. I went in the store because as usual, there were 10 cars in line at the drive -thru. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes while this woman filled a machine with ice 3 times. I finally asked if someone could wait on me and she said "just a minute" in the nastiest tone. Really? I told her I was already waiting 5. Then she gives me my coffee that has more milk in than a one cow can produce and got nasty again when I asked for a new one with less milk. I will TAKE MY BUSINESS to another Dunkin or better yet, just drink Starbucks. This place is awful.

I went here two different occasions and both times my drink was messed up. It was during the afternoon and it was a dark skin girl with orangy/red hair. She was saying that the drink was made right and saying everything in the world to be correct but all i wanted was my drink to be remade, so i could go about my day. Again, another day my drink was missing sugar and I asked to put more please, she went on saying it was the machine has been acting up on putting the correct amount. Confused again as to why she need to say that when she could just add more sugar instead of wasting my time. I asked her nicely and she made it complicated. I only come in the mornings now cause it’s way better

Was a little disappointed. They didn't have salted Carmel latte that is on special for $3.00. I ordered by phone and paid before we got there. Found out at window they didn't have salted Carmel. The young man was very courteous. He explained they were out and said he could make a regular Carmel latte. I agreed to it. Wasnt what I wanted but since it was paid for i got the regular carmel. It seems all dunkin donuts shops have no salted carmel even though it is advertised they are on sale till 3/22. They are delicious.
