Ordered 3 items for a mobile order for the drive through. Gave the number so they know what order is mine and I ask at the intercom for and ask for a small drink. I get to the window and prepare to give them my card because the drink wasn't originally on the mobile order. That somehow became an issue because I had to explain multiple times to at least 2 different people that the drink wasn't on the mobile order, which is why I'm trying to pay for it at the window, I seen it added on the intercom and they handed it to me. Every other fast food place never at an issue where I add a drink or small fry at the intercom so I don't know what so confusing about me trying to pay for something that I want added to the order.

This location actually got my order right the first time and I didn't have to wait on it. My fries were fresh too and I really do appreciate the little things like fresh fries. Thank you!

If I could give this place a few negative starts I would. So 1 start will have to do. I have been to this McDonalds 1 too many times and each time it has been trash...From the service to the food. Not gonna get into all that went wrong each visit. Will just go out my way before I frequent this McDonalds.

This McDonalds in Burlington is always clean. The staff does a good job. The only this I ever get at McDonald's anymore is their breakfast. Pretty hard to screw up eggs.

Horrible service. After picking up a burger via drive-through, i reach home to realize all that’s in it is a dry bun and a patty. They just skipped the vegetables and mayonnaise without instruction to do so. Not the first time my order was messed up here.

They messed up my order, but they quickly fixed my order! It was probably the quickest any McDonald's or any other fast food franchise has rectified a mistake.
Customer service was average, but not horrible.
This one offers lobster rolls in the summer as well!

Flurry machine was broken, out of all bakery items, and forgot my Diet Coke, big mac, and all extras like sauces, napkins, straws, etc.
