Employees have absolutely no clue what to do. waited 15 minutes (nobody in front) for my whopper and chicken fries. The one was eating a cookie not doing anything. Once I received them I gave them a little nudge about the service being slow. She replied with attitude “You got your food”. I would recommend visiting this for the train wreck it is.

One of the worst locations. Kiosks never work, crew walks around as if they're lost n have no idea what they're doing, unorganized, always something missing from my order no matter how simple/small the order is,. to wait an additional 15+ minutes for missing item, no gloves, always eating while bagging orders or just walking around munchin while there's a line. Even when there isn't a line (4 orders max) you're waiting forever n missing items. It's like every single employee's first day there.
Today I ordered a kids 4pc nugget meal n didnt even get the nuggets, had to wait for them to go open a new bag n make more n then waited even longer cuz again unorganized af while I'm waiting for just 4 nugs they're hanging them out to all the other orders with them before 1 worker finally realized I'm STILL standing there waiting.

Got really bad food poisoning. The workers are nice and work fast tho!! $15 for the impossible whopper meal is horrible, I’m never coming back and I’m spreading the news about this BK. Expensive

They are ‘nothing’ like what they show on TV! Bread is thinner and very little onions on the sandwich. Don’t get fooled, they are a little more than half the size of a whopper. One of these and a medium coffee was just over $9.00. 👽

If I could give them no stars, I would. I'm a mall employee and usually never complain about the food court. It is what it is. However, this time, I feel compelled to say something. Since I only get 30 mins for break, time is precious. The service is extremely slow, but I was second in line so figured it shouldn't be too long. After about 10 mins I was still second in line, growing slightly impatient. But then a young girl came up to the counter with a little puppy. A whole gaggle of bk employees dropped what they were doing to pat this puppy. Really????. To top it off, they gave me wrong order. Shame on the mgmt.!

Kiost was a waste of time as it did not work. Ordered at the counter and forgot to ask for a cup of water with my order. When I did ask for one the manager was rude and annoyed. I understand that places are short staffed and that things have been a crazy lately, but he is in the fast food business…it happens. He was also the only person behind the counter without a mask on and was handling food.

I have ordered from this locations on multiple instances some in person some on ordering apps, on all occasions the service on the staffs part has been unsatisfying. Every in person visit even on the slow days the staff forgets drinks and items regularly even with combos and are not friendly towards most guests, I understand the long days but it's no reason to be rude to guests. I hope this changes and things work better I do love burger King and would rate it better had it not been for these continual errors on staff.
