Hello Tim Hortons need to really understand to be patient and make sure when you order the drink they send the drink you ordered not what they feel they want you to have. All I want is a fruit smoothie no dairy. Please get it right and have a beautiful blessed night.

Ordered an iced coffee for the 100th time this year and there is still NO ice in it. An iced coffee should contain ice and should also be cold, not just hot coffee poured over 3 ice cubes by lazy, rude workers. Also when I ask for a flavor shot the employees shouldn't role their eyes.

You will have a longgggg wait if you are getting coffee in the morning. There are two sides to this Tim Hortons. One is the hall outside of the library and the other is inside the library. Either way the service is great and you will remember these faces for the rest of your stay at Canisius

Usually good service and food although we have had experiences with them messing up our orders. Hours are good during school season, summer hours are mostly non existent.

The worst in terms of quality, staff, sanitation. And I should mention that there was a piece of hair in the chicken wrap that you can see in the picture.
