Dunkin' Donuts

i wish i could give them a zero. the line was short and my mom and i only wanted two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. we pulled up to take our order and they said give us a minute and not being polite at all. it took them forever to move the line up. we got to the window and paid and they told us to pull off to the side and wait. we waited for 15 minutes watching cars in the line behind us get their order before us, i had to go into the store and asked why happened to my order. the car in front of us went in to receive their order also because they had been waiting longer than us. i went in being polite asking what was going on and the girl at the front desk was awfully rude. she acted like she didn’t wanna be there at all and that talking to anyone was the worst part of her day not to mention it looked like she just got out of bed. i asked her about the order and it turns out that it was sitting on the counter the ENTIRE TIME, just no one wanted to run it out. i got my food and the ice was melted in the coffee and my sandwich was cold. so disappointed because i usually love dunkin. terrible service, would not recommend.

I ordered a large flavored latte that I've ordered countless times before, and I received a tiny 16oz cup of just milk and the smallest amount of coffee. Zero flavor. When I asked the employee, she insisted that she had made it in the correct size for a medium and with the proper ingredients. I asked for a new drink and the new one I received had so much syrup it was stark blue and made me gag.

I went to get an original cappuccino blast. The young man fixed my blast. Very good customer service but the lady at the register very different. She asked what I ordered and I told her an original cappuccino blast. I showed her on the board. She didn't turn around she said we only sell mocha blast. She walked over picked up my drink and squirted chocolate all over it. She messed up my drink. I told her I wanted the original. She just walked away. Handed me the drink and here's your mocha blast. Very rude woman and very poor customer service. I'll stick with Cold Stone awesome coffee ice cream and great customer service.

The new store is awesome. So happy to have the location open again. The staff is pleasant and work hard to get my order correct each time. In today's world of employee shortages and the lack of a products needed to provide each customer with everything they're accustom too, this location is doing a great job.

Looking for a simple cup of coffee I stopped in this drive thru which did not move after five minutes. I parked my car and went inside where they were fully staffed. Once again after waiting 5-10 minutes with limited movement, I walked out and went to a gas station. Perhaps not their fault but people ordering speciality drinks at 8am that have ice cream and take a long time to make.

The donuts were mediocre at best in the afternoon. We went into restaurant and it looked clean. Only 2 employees, and one was training. The male employee told us he was an Marine, yet he couldn't tell me his MOS or duty station. When I asked him where he'd been stationed, he paused with a smile then said he'd had so many concussions and explosions around him that he has memory problems. Even my wife said he does, he exclaimed. I asked him when he enlisted, he just kept saying 9-11. Because I believe in Stolen Valor, I'll never go here again, and will pass on this story to all military, vets, and all interested.
