I understand that places are short staffed, so I am willing to give some grace. I waited in the curbside pickup place for over 10 minutes before calling to check on my order. When I called I was told it would be right out. After waiting more than 10 more minutes, I went in to check on my order. By this time it had been 25 minutes and the manager told me everyone had been waiting that long. I had watched many cars drive through the drive thru and none had waited that long. Staffing issues don't bother me, but lying does!

The workers were friendly and professional. They were quite buzy and I thought I would have to wait (4-ever)......Thank you worker's for the great jobs you did and I didn't have to wait but a few minutes. The place was clean and stocked. Restroom was clean and had a nice aroma in the air. THANK YOU FOR BEING A GREAT TEAM FOR MCDONALD'S..

My family and I ordered dinner at 5:30pm on Saturday Sept. 18th. Our food was the best from any McDonald's we have ever went to in more then 10states. We came from Springfield to only eat at this McDonald's. Burgers, fries, nuggets were all fresh. 2nd time at this location. We will be coming back for all our special nights of family adventure. The manager on duty, and her crew were amazing. Best experience n I've have had in a long time. Thank you from Chris and family.

One simple order but asked to pull forward and wait. After at least 10 other cars in drive thru came and went and a 20 min wait, I went inside to find out if they had to go to the farm and pluck my order or what??? No logical answer. They thought they had completed my order. The gal running outside to deliver orders was clueless. Manager not far behind. Got a refund and moved on to Subway.

Manager was very rude tonight. She said, "we don't do cheese burger happy meals." I said, "o so your out of cheese?" "No, we have cheese." I then asked, "can you charge me for cheese then?" She said, "well I'll try but the system probably won't let me." We recieved our food and the 2 younger ladies were very nice and friendly. We then recieved our fries snd they were cold and very greasy. I'm not sure if they had been cooked? We complained and that same manager said we will have to have the bad ones back. Isn't that a health code violation? What she gonna do? Recook them?

Things were a little discombobulated but the manager seemed to be trying to help the "younger" ones learn the ropes. Went in for a frozen Dr Pepper but it wasn't frozen so had to settle for half DP/half Coke. Not too bad tasting!

Ordered with the app. Called after over 15 minutes of waiting. Now been 10 minutes since calling, still haven't received order. Going in to get money back. The manager said everyone has been waiting that long, this is not true, we are sitting in a pickup spot watching the drive thru cars.

Thank you for not charging us for water since it was so unbearably hot. That shows you care more for the customer than the dollar. We will be back to buy meals at your restaurant.
