Turtle Jack's Brampton (airport)

On Mother's Day 2022, I visited this restaurant with church brethren. Honestly, they're were pleased that I joined and fellowshiped with them. Since it was a large group, we were seated at a big corner. It had to be two large tables with chairs around it. Adults, teenagers & children found a place and ready to dine. Next, two servers came (male & female) and willingly served the large group. Tiffany did an excellent job by writing the orders, being precise & making sure that everyone got there food. First time dining in since the pandemic and the service and food was amazing. Food was very flavorful and fresh. Our server came several times asking if we were happy and that was awesome. We weren't rushed and the place was so packed with customers waiting they had to bring out extra tables and the waiter was still happy to ask if we'd like refills and water. Prices have gone up and I'm aware it's because of the pandemic and loss of businesses, also due to inflation. However the money was well spent and I went home happy. This was my second time eating at Turtle Jacks and it's now one of my favorite restaurants! Thanks!

Placed an order for curbside pickup only to arrive at the location, park in an identified curbside spot, and be told there is no curbside pickup. Paid almost $32 for a small portion in a tiny takeout container of blackened chicken that is mediocre at best. Won't be returning as I don't think it's justified to pay Keg or Earls premium pricing for small portions and average quality at best.

Just dropped in for a quick Burger and drink. Ended up getting their fried chicken sandwich with fries. Fried chicken sandwich was perfect tender I got the wet Cajun sauce which I think I might do the dry next time although the Cajun was good I feel like soaking a fried chicken sandwich really made the breading soggy but that was my own choice I feel like the breading would have been crispy had I not ordered the wet Cajun sauce fries were well seasoned crunchy on the outside soft and hot on the inside delicious. I sat at the bar and the server was very attentive and friendly. The place was not empty by any means and the food was still out in roughly 15 minutes which was nice. The one thing that did leave a lot to be desired was the bathroom. The floor was extremely dirty and one soap pump was completely out and another one was very low about to be empty. But overall a good experience as the service and food were top notch.
