Papa John's

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with maximum cheese 2 times now. I asked them to load it up with cheese to the legal level, but they told me that they could only do it up to 4x. There’s some dude out back that you can slip a $20 to tho; he can get you 6x the cheese. Don’t be a narc and tell Papa John. It’s bangin 🔥

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a papa John’s, used the app too order as a normally everything went fine till I went to pick it up, I used the drive thru window and marks myself here on the app, watched ever employee make eye contact with us and then choice to ignore us. After ten minutes i park and walk inside, it’s -6F outside as well. After I walked inside they managed walked over like he didn’t see all his employees ignore me(which he did). Also one of the ppl parked there lifted truck on the snow bank so no one can see when leaving the ice covered lot. But the pizza was good as always just wish they had better employees and managers.

Arrived just as the app said pizza was ready for pick up. There were 3 other people already waiting but nobody even offered to help any of us for at least 5 minutes. We were told that the app “is an estimate of time” when we said the app said our pizza was ready. While waiting for my pizza, the girl making the pizzas went to the cash register and got out cash for a driver then immediately went back to making pizza without washing her hands. I watched a man run his hands thru his hair 2 times and go immediately to making the pizzas. There was a stack of pizzas on the shelf and without asking any of us waiting, now 5 of us, they put the pizzas in the warmer. After another 20 minutes of waiting, now total of 30 minutes in the building, someone asked my name and he went to the warmer to get the pizza. Pizza was lukewarm. Service and quality of food has drastically declined since they fired the creator of the business.
