Panda Buffet

Portions bigger than bite size and as you can see the rice is clumpy. You cannot cut the meat with plastic utensils. The employees don't wash hands after eating or picking up trash. The tables and floors were dirty. Didn't keep front product stocked for service. Chow mein was practically dry and you had to wait up to twenty minutes for fresh batch.

Tried calling 3 times around 11:30 to see if they were going to be open or not (they've been having staffing shortages), nobody answered, their hours online said they were open, and online ordering appeared to be open. So I made the 20 minute trip over on my lunch, only to get there with the doors locked and a sign saying not opening until 1. Now I get that there are staffing shortages, but they either need to be updating their hours accordingly or answering the phone. Most of us are making the trip on our lunch break and it's unacceptable to pull up to be greeted with a piece of paper saying late opening.

At one point in time I was always graciously satisfied with what was given to me at any Panda Express. These days, I really just lose some of my faith in humanity from what is served. Stale, uncooked rice, and a shallow serving of soggy orange crusty bread bits, not even chicken. I have given it many tries, but now I am through. It's truly sad what industry standards have come to. You are better off making a meal at home. Your wallet and stomach will thank you for the value to ratio saved.
