Friendly hostess and server, but service was pretty bad. Ordered chicken nachos, pretzel sticks with beer cheese and chicken Alfredo. The pretzel sticks were ok but the dipping sauces were really disappointing. Nachos came out soggy and somewhat warm. None of the ingredients except jalapenos were fresh on the nachos, even found some fries in it. Chicken Alfredo took 45 min to come out, it tasted microwaved. At no point did the server come back to check on drinks or let us know where the chicken Alfredo was. Also ordered a long island ice tea which tasted awful, like half the glass was syrup and the other was bottom shelf liquor. Pretty disappointed in the overall experience. The restaurant itself seemed clean but had a mildew type smell.

I was here today and my drink was tasty. However , my server was very preoccupied with her cell phone and didn't introduce herself as my waitress. I had to ask(her) if she would be serving me. What happen to, "Hi my name is ____ ,I will be your server. "???? Didn't smile or thank me for dining in. I waited 20 minutes for this drink.

The food was good for the most part. My boyfriend got the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp meal and said it was cooked with a bit too much grease, but he still ate it. He just had to use the bathroom shortly after eating. The rest of us ate our and didn't have any issues. The worst part was probably our waitress. She was nice, but she would walk by our table often and not check to see if we needed anything. We often had to get her attention for things like refills on drinks as she was walking by serving the other tables in our section. Also it seemed to take her a while to get things like refills even though we were pretty close to the drink station.. But hey it's not the first I've experienced it and certainly won't be the last.

Our waiter and hostess were fantastic. The food was ok. Some parts were over seasoned & veggies looked mauled in the dish but edible. Sadly the place was super dirty. It was sticky everywhere. The bathroom had dirty seats, toilet paper on the floor, and a towel dispenser that didn't work- but signs to use paper to open the door for my safety- impossible to do. Friendly crowd was the only reason we stayed.

Long wait at an empty restaurant and very slow service. Went before a Baysox game and left 1.5 hours to eat and make it to the game. Restaurant was mostly empty but still has a 30 min wait. Then another 20 for the waiter to visit the table. We ordered all the food at once and stated we were trying to make the baseball game. Well it took another 20 min for a pizza and 2 salads. Just a disappointment for a chain that should be fast and good.

My recent dining experience here was horrible. The service was slow, and my meal was gross. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and expected to receive a real grilled chicken breast like I had at other locations. What I got was a previously frozen tasteless chicken breast with fake grill marks. I would expect this from a fast food place, not a restaurant. I ordered an alcoholic drink that tasted like they forgot the alcohol. My friend ordered a prime rib sandwich that came with au jus that looked like dirty dishwater. The best thing was the fries that came out hot and well seasoned. Otherwise, my experience here was stomach turning. I will not be returning.
