Carrabba's Italian Grill

The service was top-notch, and our waitresses were patient and very friendly. Victoria served us, and she was phenomenal. I think both of their names were Victoria. We were celebrating two birthdays. The food was okay and not hot, but Victoria was aimed to please and microwaved them a bit. Our overall experience was really great.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Carrabbas. The ladies at the front could be a little more personable and pleasant but I get it. My evening was not ruined by their lack of enthusiasm. Our server, Eric on the other hand, was amazing. Awesome customer service and great sense of humor. He was on point with working our table throughout our meal. Never once had to ask for a refill, he didn’t bug us every 5 minutes nor did he disappear and forget about us. He had a great balance and was simply outstanding. Appetizers and entrees were delicious!! I don’t frequent at this restaurant but would consider coming more offer than I have been.

This company is horrible. No accountability. Their parking lot was in disrepair and my 93-year-old mother fell in the parking lot. Lines not painted and have pictures documenting everything and how they repaired everything a week later. The parking area supposed be inviting and safer for it’s guests and it was not. seems like a low budget restaurant. Not in the best condition. They refused when we wanted her medical bills paid and now we have to sue them. I’m would not dine in any of this companies restaurants. Another man fell the week before we were told so obviously this was an issue.My mother is a pain every day as a result of this trip to lunch at this restaurant which turned out to be a disaster. They need to pay do not go there. I give them a negative star.
