Applebee's

We came here for lunch and I can tell you we left so disappointed in this place. It was absolutely horrible!! We order the combo appetizer and it was pretty good but when we ordered our entree and got it we couldn’t even eat it. The food was so bland and cold. I ordered my steak rare and it was hard as a brick. I’m so upset we wasted $60 at this place! I don’t know what it is with Applebee’s but they are all going down hill. What a waste of money

It's extremely slow. We walked in right at 5. Finally, the bar tender came to ask if we had been helped and seated us. There were 3 people in our section as we were being seated. We waited for over 10 minutes for our server before finally asking the hostess about her. She finally came and took our drink orders and disappeared for another 15 minutes before she returned, which she promptly took our order. After our food was delivered or waitress, never came back for refills or to ask how any of our food was. After seeing us push our plates to the side of the table, she came to ask if our bill was together or separate. While the food was great as always, our quick dinner turned into almost 2 hours from the speed of service, not sure if it was from the back of the house or just our waitress being slow at getting our orders turned in. It will make us think twice before we return.

Server tried - she was very nice just extremely overwhelmed- and it was somewhat busy. Both meals came out overcooked- mine was burnt - and cold like it had been pulled out of the refrigerator. We spent 40$ for inedible food and then went down the road and picked up a fast food sandwich so we had something to eat.

This location is a wonderful depiction of what Applebee's attempts to be. The employees are friendly, the atmosphere is family friendly, and the food is wonderful. Pricing is mid range, considering other nearby venues. I'm partial to the Whiskey Bacon Burger, or the Pretzel Sticks with Beer Cheese Dip.

Waiter took our order, then never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything (which I did, I needed a sharp knife). Did drop off the check to pay him have to parentherically add after almost a hour of being there... - had to ask employees who were rolling cutlery in napkins for said knife. - food was just alright ... nothing special - hence two stars out of five primarily due to the inattentiveness of our waiter

If you are of any type of African decent 👀(black) don’t come here!! The service was terrible! Normally I am a great tipper because I know how it feels to be a waitress but I also tip based on service which is normally 5.00 on a decent server and 10+ on one who I feel actually tried. It took 10 mins to get waited on but as soon as a White woman came in they waited on her within 2 mins and her food came out with our food and she came in 30 mins after us !! Our server was very attentive to the white families but I can count on one hand how many times she stopped by our table!! Some things aren’t racially motivated but this was in Benton Ar so it’s pretty hard to believe that it wasn’t!!

The service here was horrible. When me and my best friend first walked in it took about 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us. Once we were seated it took another 10 minutes before our waitress came and took our order. I hate to say it but it seem as though our poor service was based on the fact that we were black. We felt extremely uncomfortable. Our waitress had other tables with Caucasian customers who she payed a lot more attention to. Unfortunately our table did not receive the same service. She only came to the table when she had to. Over all it was not a pleasant experience and I was very disappointed with my service.

Rating as a door dasher, this is the worst restaurant to pick up an order at in saline county! The waitresses completely ignore dashers when they come in to pick up an order. Every delivery person I've talked to while waiting to be acknowledged has said the same thing. Besides the poor service the store is falling apart and all the wallpapers peeling off. Definitely needs a remodel.
