Papa Johns Pizza

I absolutely love Papa John's, it's the next best thing to what I grew up on as a kid (NY and NJ pizza!). Considering where I live, it's near impossible to find authentic pizza like NY and NJ, so I have to resort to other pizza places. I've tried most of them, Dominios, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy's, and not saying they aren't good either, but Papa John's is my favorite around here. The crust has a better taste to me, the cheese dipping sauce is amazing, as is their garlic butter sauce, and the banana peppers are hands down the best I've had from any fast-food chains pizza places. The only compliant I can have is that at this specific location the drive thru is on a decently steep hill and I have driving on I30, but I'm not deducting stars off that. The guy who was at the window was polite and friendly and was a nice, smooth, quick pick up order.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. My wife, only wanted blue cheese with her meal. They forgot. No big deal I’ll call them…. Right? Wrong… I’m offered for them to bring 1.50$ of blue cheese back to our home instead of crediting her meal. My pizza was fine no complaints…but absolutely ridiculous. Make it right. Order#0091

Pizza was delivered exactly on time and the order was correct. We ordered the Supreme. Reason for three stars is because of the lack of cheese in the center of the pizza. This caused the loose toppings to fall off when picking up a slice resulting in half naked slices which needed to have topping scooped back on. Also, almost no sauce on the pizza. Otherwise it was ok.
