What's not to love? Food-flavorful with flare! Beverages-balanced and good variety. Service- attentive even though busy. Great vibe all around!
Truly love that the menu has a good variety of plates that can be shared or called your meal.
I even was enticed by the mocktails.

Well worth the stop. Came in late as it was one of few places open till 11. Drink menu is outstanding and different. Food is tapas, priced well and high quality. Deserts made here. Would not hesitate to stop again, especially to hang out and try all the cocktails.

Wow this place is amazing! The food and cocktails were delightful. We got the jibaritos, ceviche, shrimp paella, and cheesecake. Everything was top notch! Plus, the patio is a great vibe on a summer day.

I recently discovered Bar Rio in Bend, Oregon, which is my new favorite place! This place is a 21 and over and is the perfect for high end cocktails and tapas. Holy cow the cocktails are mixology status!!! Bartenders and servers are very knowledgeable of all food and drinks. Blew me away, congrats can not wait to be here often!

So excited the new Bar Rio is finally open!! I was thrilled to see paella still on the menu. It was even more delicious than I remembered. The cocktails are also amazing. The spicy chavurah and the frozen limoncillo were spot on. The interior decor is BEAUTIFUL!!! Live edge wood bar, exotic tiles, and warm lighting are a few highlights. I highly recommend stopping by for some cocktails and tapas.

Bar Rio is my new favorite spot in town! All the things that were loved from the old Barrio, but with a new elevated twist. The tapas menu is perfect for a few bites on a date night or even to share a bunch with a group. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and makes you feel at home. You can tell there’s a lot of love and care being put into every cocktail and dish that’s being served. There’s a nice outdoor lounge out back that’s perfect on a sunny day or even to cool down in the evening. The interior is beautifully curated and compliments the whole vibe of the place. I’m excited to have a new cocktail bar in Bend!

Popular place so be prepared to put your name down and walk around until you get a text. Interesting fusion of Mexican and Spanish food with both tacos and paealla (or however you spell it). The mezcal pineapple cocktail was delicious and topped with boozy pineapple. The guacamole corn taco could have used more kick to it but not bad as a veggie option. Would come again but I've also had better.
