Tim Hortons

Got out of my truck to go in and get a coffee as soon as I get to the door. Tim Hortons employee walks up put up a sighn indicating staffing issues prevent lobby from opening. After the Pandemic Tim Hortons stores have declined this is the second Tim Hortons that I went to this morning same issue. After today's expirience officially washing my hands as a Tim hortons customer. At least Starbucks is open when they say they will be open fully with no limitations to service. The staff is rude lacks courtesy or concern. The employee walked right up to the door as I was coming to enter the restaurant and puts the sighn up. If he had any courtesy would have allowed me to get my coffee. And then shut put the sighn up. Never had an issue like this at Starbucks who always has adequate staff. That are courteous and help the customer

Went in for a dozen donuts, 2 sausage sandwiches and a hot coffee. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for sandwiches. When someone finally noticed, they said that it hadn’t been on the ticket and so they’d start them now. I left because I had things to do and, realized I was charged $20 and that I had paid for them. Sick. 1/5. Had I been handed the receipt maybe things woulda been more clear.

Every time I come here it’s something different. Between closing at crazy hours, ALWAYS being out of stock of everything at any time of day, No consistency whatsoever, And the rude staff i will never return. I have given this place So many chances to be disappointed each and every one. One time my large dark roast was ICE cold like the workers couldn’t even figure out how to turn the burner on. This place needs some major changes. Probably the worst Tim Hortons in the area. I would avoid if possible.
