Mcdonald's

Refused to fulfill order despite charging my credit card. I've been to this place countless times without a problem, until now. I did the usual - used the app to set up the order, got in the drive-through line (which shortly after I joined the line proceed to extend all the way around to the front of the store), my card got immediately charged when I gave them the order code (verified via CC app on my phone), and then when I got up to the first window they wanted my credit card again to "pay" for it. I refused since my card had already been charged. They refused to proceed. So I left. And now I just checked the charge that was posted and it was for almost twice the price it should have been. It appears that their system probably - somehow - allowed them to charge someone else's order to my card. Now I will likely have a dispute to file with my credit card.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, service from a older lady with red hair was terrible I was trying to use the app and the lady started yelling at me aggressively because she didn’t know how to use the computer and it was just an overall terrible experience and i just couldn’t get my food because she couldn’t figure out how to use the app

Mcdonalds on Smith and rt 64 (walmart parking area) is the best around with biggest play area for kids. They have some really bad employees so I recommend going they drive thru from 7a to 11a and then going in to eat! At least the morning drive thru people are friendly and fast mon thru thurs after that ur popped the first pic is that mcdonalds last few is DeKalb on Lincoln highway
