When we stopped to get food we went through the drive-thru. The boy on the speaker either couldn't hear us or didn't pay enough attention.
I didn't get my drink I paid for and I asked 3 times for onion rings and they weren't even on the bill. I went inside and the manager saw me standing with receipt in hand. I explained to her what happened. She took care of all of it. She was the nicest manager I have ever met in food retail. I wish I had gotten her name. I appreciate the way she took care of things. She is a shining example of how a real manager should conduct themselves and lead the team. Thanks so much!!!

The food was as we expected for Dairy Queen, ice cream was delicious. However, the experience was made very memorable by the Cashier Glenn! He is a very kind man, who took our orders accurately and was an absolute pleasure to talk with!
