Smashburger

It's pretty good, definitely higher-end in terms of fast food burgers, but I wouldn't say it's worth a 90 minute drive unless you already have a penchant for it. I don't like how the burger patties are smashed; it's wider than the bun so you get bites of the patty before you get to the burger. I only get double patties because the smashed patties are so thin. The smash fries/tots are good though.

Food is really good. The people are friendly. My issue here is the portion size for the price. I've had better burgers that cost less. I wouldn't have a problem with the prices if the burgers were bigger or if the burgers must be small come down on the price. I would just as soon go to Red Robin. They are expensive but, you get fed.

Decent if greasy burgers. Lots of choices for the make-your-own; protein, bun, cheeses, toppings, extras. Fries are also decent if greasy. The shakes are good, made right there and they make the malts extra malty. Haven't seen the manager doing paperwork in the eating area for a while now, but that was awkward for sure.

I just ordered take out this evening. My daughters bacon avocado burger had zero avocado on it and mine had one tiny little sliver of avocado. If they ran out they could have at least let us know at pick up time or refund difference back. Food was cold and we picked up on time. The tator tots were very oily...The oil dripped all over in the bag. Not sure what happened tonight because we’ve eaten there multiple times before. One last complaint, my fathers chocolate shake was filled halfway to 3/4 of the way at best. We normally love to dine in At smash burger and it has been one of my favorite burger places but today it was pretty awful 😑

My coworker and I came in for lunch on 9/13/18 at 1:00pm and received outstanding Service from Matt. Keep it up Matt! This gentleman definitely deserves recognition. This was only my second time at Smashburger. The first time (at a different location) I had a bad experience and was not interested in being a customer. However my coworker wanted to go so I decided to give it another try. After receiving fantastic food and unbelievable service, I will definitely be back.
