Captain D's

I ordered the deluxe seafood platter via the drive through. We were greeted by a young lady who sounded as if she hated her job. Definitely not chic fila customer service. Broccoli tasted like it was boiled for 50 minutes no seasoning. Crab stuffed shell was mushy. Literally spit it out. Fish had no texture to it. Shrimp batter was so thick I couldn't taste the shrimp. Fries were greasy and the best part of the meal. I haven't eaten at Captain D's in 20 years and after tonight I won't eat there ever again unless I'm kidnapped and force fed against my will.

I went there for one of my friends that cannot walk and it was Wednesday senior day she is 67 and they were not going to let me pick her order up with her credit card. And because she is a senior I called her and then to talk to the manager because they wanted to charge me regular price so the manager came up front and was about to let me pick her order up but so nicely a man came out of the back that was inside picking up an order and made the order for me he was a senior. God is good he comes in when you need him. thanks Captain D's you're great and thank you stranger who stepped in

The restaurant is for a lack of better term ghetto, unprofessional, lack of customer service. I gave them the benefit of doubt. Both times I've visited this location the people in the kitchen curses like sailors. They have no respect for their customers. Someone needs to train this staff on customer service and how to have conversations with coworkers. Please help them.
