I love going here.Best Grilled chicken sandwich iv ever had and very healthy menu that helped my Cholesterol go down completely. Plus they made my puppy happy with a Pup Cup. Thank you Chick-Fil-A ! So cute of them to give my puppy a Pup cup. Giata Loved her Pup Cup!

Great staff and food! The dining room is open, which is a plus. I took my daughter for a birthday breakfast, and she got a complimentary birthday ice cream cone. It made her feel extra special.
The biscuits were fresh, and delicious. This is a great location!

We were charged almost $40 for our order, the cashier accidentally merged two orders or something, and it took about a week to get my money refunded back to my card. Other than that, the food was really good. Everything was hot and fresh, and the wait wasn't too bad even though the lines were really long. Overall we were very satisfied.

Disappointed ☹️ There are 2 pieces of hair in my daughter’s drink as you can see . I called to inform them and the only response I got was “I’m so sorry!” ….. Not one offer to replace the drink or refund. I wasn’t going to leave a review but the response I got was unacceptable. It’s not even about the money at this point . It’s the principle! I expected a response like that from Burger King or McDonalds

I had a great experience with the staff at this location. My order was taken by Victoria and she was super polite and thorough. Once I received my order, I was impressed with the quality of preparation and freshness.
Upon leaving, I spoke with manager Nathan to express my gratitude for an excellent experience at this location.

Place order on the app. Could not get into the parking lot. Had to dodge tru the line for the drive thru to get in. They weren't ready when I finally got there and only got half an order. Curbside is not an option. Ordered large fries... Got half an order and they were cold.wont be going back to this location! North Augusta is SO MUCH BETTER!

This is a great place to dine in or take out, the staff is always friendly they smile and they actually say thank you for your business. And Chick-fil-A biscuits are the best ever. Also the is outstanding

Chick-fil-A in South Augusta is always wonderful. They moved the line pretty fast and it's great especially these days since it's hotter than hell. The food is awesome the service is awesome and the people are awesome!! Love Chick-fil-A
