I love this location because I never have to ask for extra salt! Your food is always on point and I really appreciate the positive attitude and work ethic from Jonathan and amare I see them often and they make it worth coming to this McDonald's rather than others elsewhere. Thank you for always having the best customer service on this side of town! It's rare now that nowadays! Oh and the The landscape and air Burger is the bomb!

Mostly horrible customer service, rude, no “hello” “goodbye” at drive Thru for quite a few employees only a few good ones and completely inconsistent with their iced coffee. I try to ask them how I need to order it so that it is understood and I get opposite of what I ask for very often. I’m sick of it and not going back anymore.

Have changed my review due to a recent experience. Was not given my entire order and the burgers that I ordered were not wrapped properly or made well. They were thrown together with so much mustard and ketchup smothered on them it was ridiculous. Due to the burgers not being fully wrapped when you reached into the bag to grab the food, ketchup and mustard would be all over my hand. Will not be going back to this location. They did not appear busy or understaffed during this visit, so my order should have been complete and made better.

The store yelled “how did she get in? The lobby is supposed to be closed” and it’s 7 pm. Their lobby should not be closed. They had enough employees working and Florida’s regulations have been lifted for almost a year and a half now so lobbies should not be closed during this time. McDonald’s needs to have a meeting with their district managers about their stores shutting the lobbies down whenever they want because they don’t want to deal with in store customers. Stop shutting down the lobbies this early ESPECIALLY if you have the right amount of people working and no regulations are placed for the state the store is in. This is poor management.

Without customers you don't have a business. Without a business you don't have a job. I think people at this location should think twice when choosing to look down on thier customers and treat them poorly. If that is your normal everyday attitude then I am left to wonder why you were hired. If you just are having a bad day then you should leave your problems at home. Either way I won't be going back to this location.
