Upcountry Brewing

First stop in Asheville and it was a SOLID stop!! Caesar salad was awesome, excellent dressing with peppery croutons that just added to the flavor of the dressing. The margarita pizza was amazing, fresh full flavored basil, fresh mozzarella and a sauce that perfectly complemented the dough. The Pilsner, lager, helles and gose beers were all solid hits as well!! Stop here!!

Great setup & vibes; Beer needs some work. Great: interior and service are great. Friendly, helpful customer service and great artistry and plenty of space inside and out for an awesome experience and had excellent tunes. Good: cheese bread was fantastic. Improve: beers struggled today. We had a variety of beers between wife and I getting 2 flights and many beers and we struggled to find one that we really liked. Most were average or below. Boiled peanuts were overdone and way too thick. Summary: great setup if you can find a beer you like to enjoy and chill.

This place is a great spot to come with the fam or friends for just a relaxing chill time. The beer tenders and servers were all super friendly and the food was great. We enjoyed the beer although some were not in our wheelhouse but that’s to be expected at any brewery. They also have an attached distillery now which we look forward to partaking in our next visit. That said a great spot come watch a game as they have two large projectors and even a small game room with pinball etc. cheers!!

Interesting little place. Didn’t have any food, but the beers were decent. Could have used better signs telling us they were open from the back since their doors were locked and printed signs covered by paint from the doors. They said it would only be a few more days before they are done winterizing. Ah well. Still nice place once you finally get inside.
